Keep Fit by participating in the National Fitness Hall of Fame’s Fitness Fanatics Contest.
- Perform any exercise (at home or at the gym), any physical fitness activity or sport and keep track of your minutes.
- You will receive periodic motivational tips and advice to keep you going.
- You will be given a recording log to chart your progress and keep you focused on your goals.
You will great awards and prizes for completing the 28-day challenge!
All participants will receive:
* "The Hall's" 1st ever Collectible Coin
* An Achievement Level Display Card (see example below: Good, Better or Best)
