Boot Camp, a military style workout, typically involves athletic, explosive movement with strength, agility, balance and quickness drills, often performed outdoors. This highly effective workout program develops integrated strength, core power and stabilization, and flexibility with or without the use of equipment. The high caloric expenditure guarantees participants fast results.
Make no mistake; Boot Camp is big business! Just look around your neighborhood and you’re sure to see several Boot Camp Boutique style gyms offering all different styles of workouts.
At SCW Fitness conferences around the country I also offer a 4-hour pre-conference specialty certificate, an educational seminar that fully prepares instructors on all the different drills, exercises and program designs for an outdoor Boot Camp program. Instructors learn how to use a variety of equipment, including KettleBells, medicine balls, rubber resistance and agility ladders, as well as how to create and promote a business through the media and the internet.
