National Fitness Hall of Fame

Minimum criteria for consideration for induction into The National Fitness Hall of Fame: 

¨  Professional Member of the NFHOF for at least 2 years.   __________  (Year you joined the NFHOF)

¨  30 or more years of service, working in the fitness industry.   Date started (mo./yr.) ___________

¨  The personal practice of a “Healthy & Fit Lifestyle.”

¨  Genuine concern for the welfare of others.   

¨  A nationally recognized “Body of Work”   (Books, Videos, Products, Magazines, etc.)

¨  Reached the age of 65 by time of application.
